Mango Chia Pots

These little pots of delight will make everyday feel tropical. Adapted from a recipe from Sarah Tanner’s book GLOW - these little pots are now a weekly summer favourite…

8-10 dried mango cheeks soaked in enough hot water to cover, it only needs about 20mins to soften

1 cup of coconut cream

juice of one orange

1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup

3 tsp Harker Herbals stress relief or recovery tonic

1 tsp turmeric powder

3 Tablespoons chia seeds

In a blender place all the ingredients (except chia) alongside 1 cup of the mango soaking water - BLEND BABY BLEND.

Remove from blender and place in a bowl and stir through the chia - place in the fridge to set - or you can place it already in the little cups to set into the cups.

Top with yogurt, granola, museli, fruit or any other toppings you would like…These little puppies below are topped with Raglan Coconut Yogurt and Gratitude Granola (recipe coming soon!!) and some Maca nibs and cacao nibs…. (get ‘em at the SOUL STORE)
