A women’s retreat weekend is a DEEP NOURISHING experience that explores sacred sexuality from taoist and yogic traditions.

We address vitality, emotional equilibrium, and deep energy reserves, finding ways to regulate hormonal cycles, relieve tension and embrace aging and the passing of time as a rite of passage. and divine privilege.
Includes: deep rest yoga, women’s qi gong, meditation, breathwork, yoni egg initiation and sacred sexuality practices, women’s specific herbs and remedies, lotions and potions…
This two day retreat is at the beautiful space of KULA MURIWAI. You can choose to come and stay with us - or just come as a day guest (for both days!)
We arrive on Friday afternoon at 4pm and continue until 5pm on the Sunday evening
