Created from the years of holding space in ceremony every week at the SOUL CENTRE in Titirangi, the Cacao Collective was born from the sacred foundation of consistency, community and care. With our first facilitators Connie Causa and Lucy Brooking (Cacao Keeper) and Wilhemeena Monroe holding space for over 7 years we created a community of cacao where meeting every week together became our way of BEING with each other, with heart, with love and in connection with all things.

Ceremony is about coming together with an intention and purpose - we gather to rest from the outside world and tune in with who and how we are. Cacao enhances our receptivity to the magic held within ourselves. She is a soft yet powerful plant-teacher, helping us open our hearts, which aids us to approach life through a lens of compassion and joy. The best way to know what cacao can offer you is to experience it yourself. She supports us wherever we are in life, however we are feeling, and is a safe experience for all.

A beautiful way to spend an evening, as we sit in circle with this delicious plant medicine, in meditation with our breath and with each other. Because it's always better with chocolate!

Who we are:

A collective of facilitators, magic makers and ceremonial babes who hold space in mutual support of the sacredness of the earth, mama cacao, each other and the wider community we serve.

Our service is to LOVE, to cacao, to co-creation and to community.

We create a safe and sacred space for people to rest, connect, to heal and BE.

Founder and Holder of the sacred container – Wilhemeena Monroe/SOUL CENTRE

Founding facilitators: Ashleigh Duncan and Wilhemeena Monroe

What we do:

We combine our energies to co-create a safe and sacred container for each other and for the community - creating a stronger and consistent place of support

To be of greater service to love, to cacao herself and to the wider SOUL community

To be a place of support for community and cacao

To create a container of support for collective members and their practice and growth energetically and logistically - so we can be the best we can be.

Creating Simple, Beautiful, Consistent, Easeful ceremony
